Nest Containers

A variety of containers can be used, for example:

• strong cardboard cartons
• plastic tubs
• hanging baskets

But, whatever the container type is, it must:

• the right size for the type of bird to hold it snuggley
• it can optionally be painted in an earthy colour with eco-friendly paint
• have drainage holes punched in the bottom
• holes punches on the sides to attach it to the tree or bush
